This medium-sized garden is in the river area in Boulters Lane, near Boulters Lock. It has yew and box hedging, shrub and perennial borders, interesting and unusual plants, summer house, greenhouse, productive vegetable garden and a small pond.

Cathie Lodge is an artist, gardener, and member of the Oxford Botanic Garden Florilegium, a group of artists who paint and draw specimens from the Botanic Garden and Arboretum. She trained as a graphic designer at the Berkshire College of Art.

In the garden studio there will be a range of botanical items available to purchase – prints, cards, original paintings and other merchandise produced by the Florilegium artists. Some of them will be there to demonstrate their beautiful, detailed work and answer questions.

A local garden designer and plantsman will also be on hand to answer any garden queries.

Teas and homemade cakes may also be available.

Come and visit at the end of June!
