MAIDENHEAD ROTARY CHARITY GOLF DAY

​Maidenhead Rotary Charity Golf Day 2023

This event, organised by the Rotary Club of Maidenhead, enabled 68 golfers to enjoy a great day at Maidenhead Golf Club, continuing a long tradition of an annual golf tournament which raises funds for Rotary charities.

For once, the weather was kind and the golfers enjoyed a putting competition, halfway house refreshments and nearest the pin ​competition.  

Following the golf, the day continued with an evening dinner, prize-giving and an auction, all enjoyed by just under 100 people.

The amount raised on the day was an excellent £5,677, which benefitted charities including: Alzheimer’s and Dementia support, Maidenhead Foodshare, DASH (a domestic abuse charity), and Shelterboxes for the Turkey and Syria earthquakes.
