  | Maidonians are in for something special if they visit the garden of Janet and Steve in Langworthy End at no. 8, which was only started six years ago. At the front of the house there is a garden full of interest in its own right, packed with colourful perennials. At the back of the house imagine a modern take on a walled garden, and a greenhouse crammed with exotic plants and vegetables, many grown from seed and cuttings. Then pause to rest under the shade of a beautiful gazebo whilst listening to the restful waterfall…. what’s not to like on a warm summer’s day in June. Janet and Steve will also host Colin Evans from Radio Berkshire (times tbc) who will be there to answer your challenging gardening questions.
